RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Returning items you no longer require:

If you have placed an order with us and received your delivery but no longer require the order then you can return it to us.

To start the return process please contact us on 0800 046 9650 within 7 days of receiving your order. We shall email you the return postage label and the order will be picked up by courier. You must ensure the return reaches us 7 days after we have processed sending you the label after this we cannot issue a refund.

Orders that have arrived by pallet, we will arrange for the pallet to be collected by the courier for you.
Please note that products must be returned in original packaging and in a resell-able condition, upon receiving the return we will inspect it and if all is well issue a full refund.

Can goods be returned that have been assembled?

Unfortunately if goods have been assembled then your order cannot be returned to us as it will not be in a resell-able condition. All items should be checked for faults before the goods have been assembled, if the fault is only noticeable once the order has been assembled or during assembly then in this case we would refund the order.

Damaged Goods:

Upon delivery of your order, you must inspect it for damage before signing the delivery off with the courier. If you believe the goods are damaged please contact us immediately on 0800 046 9650.
If you choose to sign for and accept the delivery, and the product is damaged then based on T & C’s we cannot accept the return or refund your delivery. PLEASE CHECK FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING!
If the goods are returned to us following a refused delivery but upon inspection are deemed to be not damaged, then in this case we will refund the product minus the return delivery cost.

Faulty Goods:

If your order arrives and you believe it is incomplete but due to manufacturing is deemed faulty then please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 046 9650 and also email us pictures to sales@balconyscape.co.uk. Once we receive the goods back to our depot we will inspect them and contact manufacturer to arrange a refund or replacement.

Who Pays for Return Costs:

This is dependent on the reason for the
return of your order. If a product is deemed to be damaged or faulty then we will cover the return shipping costs of the order. If the product is unwanted or exchanged, then we will not cover the cost of the return and is up to you to return the product to us in a resell-able condition, this we can arrange for you.

How long do Refunds take to go back into my account?

Credit and Debit card refunds take generally 3-5 working days for the money to appear back into your account after the refund has been authorized. All refunds are passed to management for authorization.
Pay-Pal refunds are generally instantly although it has been known to take up to 3 working days for funds to be refunded to pay-pal accounts. All Refunds are passed to management for authorization.

If a Delivery is refused:

If you refuse delivery of your order you will be subject to a return admin fee which will be calculated dependent of the order. You will also lose the original postage paid to cover administration cost of posting the order. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount which shall be issued once we have received the goods that are being returned.
